Regarding the newest ARLO App version 2.1.0 (dated 5/17/16), I've noticed the following:
1) On my computer (Ethernet connection) : have to refresh screen several times before the "Getting Status" screen goes away and I finally get the screen where I can click the LIVE button (I have 3 ARLO wireless cams and 1 ARLO-Q cam - this is happening on all 4 cams.
2) On my iPhone as well as my iPad : I am getting the motion alerts in a timely manner, as well as the videos in my Library ... but the email notifications are worded wrong! It says:
"Note: You have set your camera to detect motion but not to record video or take a snapshot.
You can change this by editing your camera rules using your Arlo app."
But I DO have all my cameras set to record when motion is detected (always have), and in fact they are all recording as motion is detected. So, it's just the email message/notification that is wrong.
3) Also, what is "SGT" time ( isn't that Singapore time?) ? I live on the east coast of the U.S. and that is "EDT" time. While the actual time on the email notifications message field is correct, it now says "SGT" time after it, after this update.

Just to update my original post which started this thread....
1) On my computer (Ethernet connected), it seems to be loading the screen much faster than earlier this morning - the "Getting Status" screen for all 4 of my cameras (3 ARLO wireless and 1 ARLO-Q) is much more quickly becoming the "Live" button screen.
2) Email notifications no longer saying that I do not have any of the cameras to record video or take a snapshot.
3) The "SGT" timestamp first turned into "PDT" timestamp, but now it's correct at my correct time which is EDT.
***BTW - LOVE the new Battery Percentage feature (under SETTINGS), but would be nicer if the percentage showed on the actual app's (and browser's) screen next to the battery icon, so as to see it at first glance without having to dig into SETTINGS.

Yes also seeing similar problems in the UK.
Sometimes doesnt get live view, and get double email notifications, one of which says motion detected but no recording set.

Some details I've noticed:
- I've had some app crashes - maybe not fully baked yet? Android 4.4.2 on a Samsung Galaxy Nexus won't let me into Settings - it crashes every time. 6.0.1 on a Nexus 6 generally works fine but it did FC on me once so far, not when selecting Settings (I don't recall what I was doing).
- Geo-fencing will need some work. I set it up while upstairs to use the medium range, schedule when home and a custom mode while away on one camera. Moving downstairs alerted me that I was now away. I went outside without the phone and, yup, recordings. Got back inside and opened the app which seemed to cause a location check because then I got the alert that I was home.
- WiFi and battery percentages now seen in Settings while the Cameras tab seems to have updated icons since now my batteries show partial discharge and WiFi is 2 bars compared to yesterday's full on everything. Browser still shows all full.
- Browser doesn't show geofencing, just what mode is set by it.

Set up geo-fencing on LG phone running 4.4.2 android....
Address didn't work so well but then manually set up location on map and went for a walk using small radius circle... seems to work ok with about 5 tries.
I do like the percentage reading of batteries in settings !!

After playing a bit with the Android app, I went over to the IOS...
Android worked fine in the short number of tests I did.
IOS on an ipad 3 with ios 9.2(?, latest version) was a problem...
Once the Geo-zone was set up , I couldn't go back to regular ARMED mode ( or any custom mode for that matter ) as the app would crash
Tried it about 5 x with crash every time till I manually moved my lcation on the map. After doing so the app allowed me to reset the other modes.
Was looking to delete the info on the ios app, but NFG. Every time I tried to disable the Ipad and only leave my phone active, it would appear to save but not.
Results here, ANdroid version is close to full done with a couple tweeks, it seemed to work without problems. IOS has to go back in the oven as J mentioned ...it's only half baked at this time. To many crashes. I'd drop the IOS back to previous version if I was able.
