Can't delete on app update

i can't delete any clips from my iPads or iPhone apps.  They go away for a few minute and then start popping  up in my library again.  Anybody else having the same problem?

Are you sure these are the same clips? It is possible these are new clips coming in from new recordings. Consider turning off motion detection to ensure new clips aren't being added to the library while you are deleting old content.
