App says there are recordings, library shows none

So on both the iphone app and the web interface, its saying that i have 20 recordings for one of my cameras. Upon attempting to see them in the library, there is nothing showing up.

 

I've tried reseting all filters (to show every possible day/camera/motion/favorite or not and i've also tried filtering to the specific camera to no avail

 

Any tips? 

 

 

Also noticed today that the videos are taking a while to get into the library. Tried recreating the situation both on and off wifi.

Try creating a snapshot from a live stream and see if that resets the library counter.
