Can I use the Arlo App with two separate Arlo security systems?

Yes. Each system has a separate login so you'd just have to log out of one and into the other.

I always assumed one Android/Login could support multiple BaseStations.
Why else would I have to choose the BaseStation name when I first login to the Arlo App and choose "modes" ?
(PS: this is silly anyways...if only one basestation exists in my environment, then it should just go straight into the Mode settings rather than making me pick it)

The paid subscriptions directly support multiple base stations. I ass-u-me-d that you were talking two disparate systems you wanted to monitor.

I'm not the original poster.....but I'm still confused what you mean by disparate systems. Even if both Arlo systems were at different household locations, would that really matter since this is really a cloud-based app and not accessing content locally. I still think there is a chance that they would both work under one login. Of course someone with this actual setup would have to chime in.
Never Mind: I see that Netgear officially responded to the above question here:

You need the "elite" plan to access two systems with one account. Seems silly..
