I have a camera mounted on my window frame facing the street, inside the house. it hasn't detected any motion considering all the cars and people that walk pass. How can I fix this?

You can't unless you put it out side....

The Arlo camera uses a PIR device ( detects ir ) to trigger an event for recording... the window glass BLOCKS the IR so recording won't happen.

The Q camera uses a pixel based motion detect scheme and will function thru glass.
