I have put in 2 help requests and haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. My MODE tab is blank after going to the library or camera tabs first. Have to log out and sign in a few times before I can get to see the MODE section.

What device model/os version are you using? Do you see this behavior across multiple devices (PC, mobile phone etc.)?

delete the app and reinstall it.

Android. My cameras and base unit are up to date in terms of firmware. This only occurs on my phone. I have to access my PC to see mode without interruption and be able to set a schedule as the phone app assumes i am overlapping times

Hula rock. That is the only solution net gear gave to me. I have tried it but with no success. With all do respect to net gear / arlo, should we really have to delete and re install an app as a solution to software issues?
