I've got two camera's in my office set to motion detect, but nothing is recording in the cloud? What have I set up incorrectly?
No schedule and set to motion detect?

Can you use live view successfully? Are the running men green? Have you made changes to the All Motion On mode under settings?

Can view not a problem. Running men are NOT green.......so I'm guessing that's the problem.

That is correct. If the running men are grey rather than green, that means the cameras are not set to record motion. Check your "All motion on" mode to make sure that there are active rules for your camera to record upon detecting motion.
