Arlo wireless security camera - issue with New System SetUp ??

Hello,

Just purchased a 2  camera arlo system.

I obviously am missing a " set up step " because I cannot get the app to allow me the initial setup ??

I tried logging in for this initial set up  both Safari browser and Google Chrome.

For what ever reason I cannot get past the initial Page when logging on or using the app on my iPhone 6.

Any suggestions on the Arlo new system set up ??...seems straightforward ...wondering if the site is down for some reason?

The phone must be on the same network ( wifi ) as the base station during setup...

Or if possible, setup with a computer the first time via the web browser, after setup access can be from any network or cell service.
