Arlo wire free - NO app access

I set up the Arlo wire free system on my laptop and everything works fine when accessed through the web. However the apps (both on ipad and android) do not reccognize my email / password. I can not access my system through the apps at all. This seems to be a great feature that I have no access to. 

 

Can someone please help???

The only thing I can think of is using the wrong authentication for some reason. Have you tried reinstalling the apps?

Were you able to resolve the issue by reinstalling the Arlo mobile app as suggested above? Please let us know.
