1) I just today bought my arlo HD Security camera 100% wire free 3 camera system at Best Buy here in Canada. The model number VMS3330-100NAS is not available on your drop down. So the model indicated above IS NOT the model I own.

 

2) The camera record for 10 seconds only.

 

3) This issue was addressed in a previous post, but the solution is not available to me using the online website or the iphone app.

 

4) When I go to Mode and then select the base station there is no pencil for me to adjust the durations of the video recordings. This support page does not allow screen shots to be aploaded so I can share what I am seeing.

 

5) And where can I adjust how my videos are automatically deleted from the cloud?

 

It has been a frustating experience so far. Not user friendly.

Don't use the default mode Armed. Create a (new) custom mode on the Mode page. Use the Add a Mode button at the bottom of the Mode page. In the mode create rules, at least one for each camera. Adjust the recording lengths to your liking. You can set the recording length of a motion-triggered video anywhere to between 10 and 120 seconds.

Don't understand what you mean by that.

Take a screenshot, save it as a file, then click the image icon above the message composition window:

Next, click on the Choose File button and select the screenshot saved. It will be inserted into your message:

Note, that all images have to be authorized by a moderator. So, there will be a delay before images appear for others. Since moderators don't work on weekends, you'll have to wait for North American west coast business hours before moderators will authorize them.

Videos are deleted according to your subscription plan. The (free) basic plan automatically deletes videos after seven days, the Premium plan after 30 days, and the Elite plan after 60 days. Of course, you can always manually delete videos from your library.
