Hi guys,
I have set up geofencing so when I am home the cameras turn off, I have shared access to my wife, the setting are restricted on her phone but from what I can work out I have geofencing active so when either of us is home the cameras turn off. Its working fine for me but they do not turn off when she is home.

Is your wife's phone ticked/checked in the "Enabled Devices" menu in the Geofencing settings?

Yes it is, I also checked location services on her phone and Arlo is ticked as always.

jasonbb,
Geofencing manipulates the systems mode based on location. Your wife's account must have "Allow Access Rights" enabled within Grant Access settings for Geofencing to work. Take a look here for more information on shared account privileges: What privileges do my friends have when I grant them access rights in my Arlo account?
