I am the main admin. As soon as I added my wife I can no longer watch my library videos. She can watch them on her phone but I can't on mine. I can still watch live but not my library, I just get a freeze frame

You don't say what devices or OS...
Try and deleted the wife and see if it functions again..otherwise, deleted the app and reinstall

I deleted my app and reinstalled no change. My phone is iPhone 6s Plus on 10.1.1. The camera is the base pro the one you can speak to.

That doesn't change the issue. I use to be able to watch my library from my phone. My wife still can I can't. I don't want to have to log into a internet browser to do that. This system was almost 500$. It should run perfect

It's something about your phone/app, not the system. You're barking up the wrong tree. Restart the phone and try again. Reinstall the app. If it works with one method, the issue is the device that doesn't work.
