I added my wife as a user with full access. When I enter Geofencing, it always shows her phone as unavailable. App is on, gps enabled, I leave and system arms. Start getting alerts right away and have to go in and disarm. When I am home, no problems and it still shows her phone as unavailable. She leaves, no changes to system and then I leave and it arms. Why is her phone not being recognized by the Geofence when she has accepted, shows her in the profile, but the phone still shows unavailable? Thanks!!

Consider refreshing the enabled devices within your Geofencing settings. Disable the listed devices, save, and then enable the devices again.
 
Also be sure you are leaving your app logged in and running on your mobile device. Geofencing will not work if the app is not running.

As soon as I cycled her phone off and then on, I opened the Arlo App on her phone. I then entered Arlo App on my phone and hers had refreshed to available. When I entered the GeoFence, hers is now showing "In Zone" and it is working fine. Thank You!!!
