I had my Arlo Q all setup to record 60 seconds of video when montion was detected and it was working great.
I didn't need it for a while so I pulled out the batteries for a couple months.
When I put the batteries back in, now I only get 10 seconds of video ... what happened?
I tried to do a custom mode ..but the indication of the time to record has a weird Nan to the right (see image) and when I use this to set it, I don't get any recording when I move in front of it.
What changed?

Can't see your image yet since it takes some time to show up.
I suspect you pulled the batteries before the beginning of the year when the major update happened and now you're seeing the new screens. Is that right? If so, the default for the Armed mode is 10 seconds. You need to edit any modes and change the time to anything between 10 and 120 seconds. Since I can't see your image yet, I can only guess what you're seeing - for me it's just 10 seconds on the left and 120 on the right. Maybe try logging out and back in or try the app or browser, whatever you haven't used, or a different browser. Also, be sure to save on the way out - there can be multiple saves to be had, dependinon what you change.
Edit - you first say this is a Q camera and then say you pulled the battery which the Q doesn't have. Also, the Q came out after the update (which was partly to include Q) meaning g the interface hasn't changed if it's a Q but may have if wireless.
