Arlo Q and Arlo wire free screen flashes black during play back

When viewing videos on a PC the screen momentarily flashes black on every video for about a half second and goes back to playing the video.  I have switched the Htz on the base station, but the black screen is coming on every camera.  I have 3 arlo Q and 2 arlo wirefree.  The black screen flash does not happen when viewing on my samsung GS5.

It's a display issue with the browser. I see it using Chrome but downloading the video and viewing it that way works fine, so it's not the video itself. You can try a different browser to see if that helps.
