when i log in and see new videos in my library i am unable to play them. i click on the video but it doesnt play. please help

I have an iPhone and just updated the Arlo app last night and I am also unable to play the videos in the library. I had to return my first camera system, standard Arlo cameras and got the Arlo Pro. I got home and set it all up and now I can't view saved videos. What's up Arlo?

Try reinstalling the app and restarting the phone.
