Hi,

My fitst month of CVR has ended, and just renewed. I chcked my card statement, $9.99 charge is there. However, both the app and website say I only have "basic" and cannot use timeline! Subsciption page says I have 0 CVR subscriptions. Are you f---ing kidding me Netgear? This is some seriously amateur s#%@.
