Hello, I have a Samsung Note 3 and downloaded the app which works pefectly. I set up the system without issue today. My question is, how do you access the settings tab in the app on the phone? I can't seem to locate it. Also, I would like to access the system from my MacBook Pro but I'm not sure how to. Any help would be appricated. Thank you.

Use the typical Android 3 dots at the top right of the app screen to get to Settings. There's no tab for it, unlike the web interface.
From a computer, use https://arlo.netgear.com - that logs you in and works with Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

Great thanks! I got it on the Mac ok but the phone still dosen't show those dots top right screen to access settings. All it shows is Mode, Cameras & Library. As long as I can change the settings on the Mac that's ok with me. Thanks for your help!

You don't get this (the red circled part)?
Maybe a screenshot of your display would help.

If you don't have the above 'dots'...then use the bottom right most hot key on the phone ( I do on my old android phone running os4.4.2 )
Morse is faster than texting!

No, I don't have red dots or any dots at the top. No worries, as long as I can view the cameras, I'm good. If I need to make any changes I'll do it on my Mac. Thanks for your help!
