I am the primary account holder on the Arlo system and use apple products.  I am NOT receiving APP update notifications at all.  The secondary user is using a Samsung phone and is continually getting update notifications.  That person will not hit update until I know there actually is an update.  I get the notifications of movement on the cameras, but no updates.  How does one know what the latest app version is, and if I should tell the person to update it?

You could always check the Apple store and read the version number.... compare it to the version you have.

 

the apps from IOS and Android don't usu update at the same time
