I have had my arlo system for 1 week. Twice since I have had the system I have woke up to find all custom settings, rules, camera orders etc have reset to factory settings. None of the cameras appear until I click on them. It appears as if it was the first day it came out of the box. Oddly enough the only custom setting that holds is the names I have gave the cameras. Any thoughts?

Well, something strange is going on... what, I have no clue.  Haven't seen this before.

I know it may be a pain in the youknowwhere, but I would prob do reset of base with paperclip ( near power button ).

If problem continues then do a full factory reset to default and re do the system to see if it's a glich in the software ( in the base ).

the full reset involves holding the RESET button in with paperclip AND holding SYNC button till all the front lights flash ( about 10 seconds(?))

========================================================

Perform a factory reset on your base station.

Push the Reset button (on the back of the base station) and the Sync button (on the side of the base station) for about 10 seconds or until all the LED lights on the base station blink amber. This procedure returns the base station to its factory settings. After doing a factory reset on the base station, rerun the setup procedure. The factory reset removes the base station from the account. If your cameras were synced to the base station, you might need to sync the cameras again after the base station comes back online.
