Good morning, has anyone else experienced this? Geofence works perfectly except when it is time to turn off - per schedule's disarm time.
Example: schedule is set to arm at 10 PM CST and disarm at 6 AM CST, geofence is still armed and trips at 7:30 AM. Accessing the Arlo app immediately following this I can sometimes catch/witness the status change from armed to disarmed.
I've adjusted the radius as large as it can go, per tech support recommendation, and this did NOT resolve the problem.
Manually setting to schedule alleviates the problem, so why does schedule not work properly in Geofence mode? Is it a sleep/dormancy/refresh issue in Geofence mode?

cypress708,
In order for Geofencing to update location and change the mode, the app must be running on your mobile device. If you log out of the app or force close it, Geofencing will not work. This could be the reason you notice the mode update when you access the mobile app. Be sure to always leave the app open/running on your mobile device when using Geofencing.

James, thank you for your response, I don't believe it's due to logging out because it opens up in the morning without requiring new login.
Please explain what you mean by force close. How is that accomplished?
Regarding leaving the app open and running when using Geofence - isn't it doing that in the background once Geofence is turned on? How can I determine if it's truly open and running? Using iphone 5/iOS 9.3.2

A force close is when you use the phone's app settings to kill the app rather than the usual logout or swipe back to a home screen. Either a force close or a logout has removed the app's ability to continue to communicate with the servers in the background since it's no longer working.

I also have the same issue, I think, with Geofence and Schedule.
Geofence seems to work fairly, when setting setting mode for Home to Disarmed and Away to Armed.
But if I set mode Home to Schedule, geofence works very poorly. Then when I get home, the app says I am Home, but the camera is still very often (not always) Armed and starts sending movement notifications.
When I put the mode Geofencing-Home to Schedule, in my oppinion, the camera should use the Schedule when I am home, but this does not work at all.
I tried to set the schedule on "Armed" at nights, so the camera is Activated when I am home, but sleeping. As said, this does not work. The camera does not switch mode at the specified time, but keeps staying in Armed or Disarmed mode.
..but I know this is stil in "Beta", so maybe there is a new release planned with there issues fixed?
