Allow motion detection when disarmed

I would like to have motion detection on outdoor cameras even if I am home and the mode is disarmed (either manually or via geofencing). This would give me warning about people outside and provide peace of mind.

Create a Custom Mode ( new mode ) and put the outside camera in that mode...

Then that camera can be armed while the others inside are not.
