This morning 1st April when I went to check last nights videos, I found that every video prior to midnight last night has been automatically deleted. There is no option in the 'Library' tab to view March at all (like there usually is). Is this a new thing that will happen from now on for subscribers of the 'basic' plan, implemented with no warning?? Or an April fools joke. If so, I don't think it's funny at all. Could have been warned that this would happen at midnight at the beginning of each month, so I could have saved the videos I wanted to keep from past 6 days.

Oh dear lord .. I was still investigating what was going on .. when I saw a tiny mark, like a comma where the '<' button was that I clicked on to go back to the previous month and then saw previous month's videos displayed same as usual. I could be that my browser has been 'patched' or 'upgraded' by MS (running IE 11) and that combined with the updated Arlo user interface has caused both '<' and ">' buttons to become nearly invisible. So prob not with Arlo.

Not April here yet, So I would guess yr in another half of world...
What OS or app are you running?? i just checked all IOS, Android and PC and all working fine here.
On the basic level, the video/snapshot should stay for 7 days on the 8th day, day # 1 is deleted.
