I have 5 cameras which all show when I click cameras.  When I click rules, only 4 cameras show.  Why won't it show all 5 cameras?

Not sure if this is the problem but are they all set up in Modes, right above Rules?

@Sue

Are you using an Android device? iOS device? PC or MAC?

If ever you are using a PC or MAC, have you tried accessing http://arlo.netgear.com/ using a different browser like Safari or Firefox then check if all 5 cameras are shown in the Rules section?

I do have the same problem: 3 cameras are listed under "cameras" but only 2 cameras are listed under "rules" and therefore, setting up a rule for the not listed camera is not possible. Can't be.

It's the same result wether I use PC, Macbook, iphone or whatever device or browser.

Any ideas?

That you for your assistance.

Hi manu,

I suggest that you bring all of your cameras to the room where the Base Station is deployed then try to perform a factory reset on your Base Station then re-sync all cameras and check if all of your cameras will show up.

Push the Reset button (on the back of the base station) and the Sync button (on the side of the base station) for about 10 seconds or until all the LED lights on the base station blink amber. This procedure returns the base station to its factory settings. After doing a factory reset on the base station, rerun the setup procedure. The factory reset removes the base station from the account.

To re-sync your cameras, click here.

Please let me know if this helps.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks,

Hi LeevanRees,

What device are you using to access your Arlo account?  Are you using an Android device? iOS device?

If ever you are using a PC or MAC, try to access your Arlo account using a different browser like Safari or Chrome then check if all cameras are shown in the Rules section?

I will be looking forward to your response.

If I recall correctly, you need to be sure to click Save twice for that to take effect, once for the change to the email addresses and another to save the rule. Be sure to do both.

joyce77,

In order to not receive e-mail notifications you must go to "settings" and then to "rules" under base station.  From there each camera will have a rule set for recording.  Select each rule you do not want to see notifications for and either delete the e-mail or de-select the e-mail and make sure there is not a green check mark next to it.  Make sure you click "save" after doing this for each camera/rule for which you do not want to see notifications.  Let me know if this helps!

Why all cameras, and not only the camera not showing in rules?
