Additional User Access Controls

I just installed the Arlo Pro system. I am the administrator and I added my wife as an additional user. Whe can view the cameras and log in but cannot access the microphone. Since we are using this to monitor our kids when we are not home I would like both of us to be able to use the microphone but I am unable to figure out how to give her access to use it as an additional user.

Did you give her the additional admin privileges in Settings, Grant Access?
