Hello, apparently after I was receiving hundreds of emails from Arlo after not disabling my cameras while building a new fence AT&T seems to be blocking my alerts from Arlo. I started having my alerts sent to another email account and I am receiving them there just fine. So that is leading me to believe that AT&T has blacklisted Arlo at least in regards to my account. I'm really hoping that they didn't get blacklisted for everyone using an email account... I will try to use my daughters AT&T email to test the theory and then update..... does anyone have anything to add to this or have any ideas on how to fix it?
UPDATE, works on my daughters att email account
UPDATE, I tried taking off my att email account and then tried adding it again, but now arlos webpage won't let me att my email to the alert email alert on any of the cameras
UPDATE, changed email account in profile section and then was able to add my att email back to the email alert list for all cameras.... but i am still not receiving alert emails to my att account
PLEASE HELP, don't want to have to use my secondary email address to see my alerts.

Look in your "Junk" or "Spam" or "Bulk" folder.
AT&T periodically updates its spam filter and sometimes gets a little too aggressive.
If that's not the problem, look here.

That's the first thing I did... and I made sure I didn't accidentally add it to my blocked email address list. Also I couldn't find anything to help from at&t''s website, plus I do not use any email clients like outlook etc for checking my email accounts.

Sounds like you need to contact AT&T support for this.
