Hi all
I just bought this unit. Works well on Windows (firefox).
But for some reason the MIC does not work on my IPHONE no matter how many resets i do?
Could there be a Bug in the IOS APP not allowing the mic to work? I notice that the mic icon in the IOS App is greyed out (disabled) though all the settings are set to on. (Works in windows and works in Android Phone)
Please help. IOS in ihpone is 10

Based on recent comments here, iOS 10 seems to be the issue. Open a case so it gets attention.

Yes as J mentioned, with v10, your not the only problem... report same and get the v 10 into the gene pool so an answer comes quickly.

Consider reinstalling the Arlo mobile app. Are you still seeing this behavior?
