1st 3 seconds corrupted video on Arlo Q

If you can view the video there is interference at the bottom of the screen part way through but the last few seconds flips to a completely different room (not in my house) - could this interference be caused by another device with a similar wavelength?

Wow!  I suppose it's possible but unlikely.  Interference would probably cause a poor signal all the time but viewing a different room is not normal.  I'd suggest contacting support using the Support link at the top here and then Contact Support on the right to create a trouble ticket.  I'd guess that they'll want you to perform a complete factory reset to start fresh but the issue of the second room should be of great concern.  Download some of your videos so they don't get deleted for proof and to use as an aid in troubleshooting.  If you like, share a link here so we can see what happens.

Thanks - I will do that because it definitely is not a room in my house as it shows a flourescent light and I dont have any such lights.
