For technical support personnel that answer the phone and attempt to help people with Arlo system problems.......utilize people that speak the U.S. version of the English language. I have talked to many of these people on the phone, and they are speaking English. Just, not the same version that most of us in the U.S. can easily understand when trying to perform a technical task to fix a problem. It becomes a waste of time to constantly ask them to repeat everything.
