I know that Netgear is American and the majority of America has iPhones (according to your technical support team) but that's no excuse for how much of a difference there is with the Arlo app on iPhone compared to Android. The iPhone app is about 10 times faster and more polished and its so much more intuitive to use, not mention having more features like live view from the doorbell call. Yes, there are hundreds of Android devices but atleast put some effort into keeping the apps close feature wise. Even better, Arlo could target the most popular Android models to give us a better experience as that is where most of their customers will be, especially considering your main rival Nest works flawlessly on Android. Phones like the Pixel, Galaxy Series (8, 9 and 10) along with Nokia and OnePlus should be focused on so that your customers aren't as fed up with their $1500 'smart' cameras that perform like cheap Chinese knockoffs.
