Make Welcome Section : Announcements and Release Notes above "Latest Discussions in"

Just a suggestion, put the Welcome section above the "Latest Discussions in" section. 

 

I always saw the Welcome on the right side but never saw that the Announcements and Release Notes were in this area. 

I think if you place the Welcome Section with Announcements and Release Notes Sections below it, above the "Latest Discussions in" section, it will immediately be seen when you enter the community.netgear.com page.
