How to find my posts?

How can I find my posts? I received an email saying there is a response to a post of mine but there is no link  and I can't find my posts. I don't remember the exact titles so I'm not having any luck with the search feature.

click on your user name and you have an option to see prev or all posts

I attached what options I have when I click on my name. I tried them all. My subscriptions was the closest thing but it doesn't show the response my email alerted me to?

There is a bell icon at the top that shows me the response I was looking for but when I click on it, it takes me to the thread but the post is not there. How is that possible? Did the author delete it? If so, why does it still show up in my notifications.
