Chat conversation very faint

This has nothing to do with the camera model, it's regarding the chat function. My tech representative was very helpful, but the chat conversation as it appeared on my phone was incredibly faint. The names, the send button, all other things on the screen were bright and clear, only the chat conversation itself was faint. I will try to attach a screenshot.
