Hello.
For the last few weeks, I had been unable to log into my old original stand alone Netgear Arlo forum account that I made back in early 2015 or so. I got no errors with my correct account datas. It just takes me back to the login screen. I even resetted my password which didn't help. I tried multiple computers and web browsers. They made no differences. It does give an error if I give a bad password.
Just now, I just found out logging into the forum works if I use my Arlo accounts that Arlo products. Why does Arlo forum require accounts to have Arlo products? I'd still like to use my old original forum account that has no Arlo products.
