What in the world?

Inside.  4 a.m.  If this is car light reflections, it's never happened before and it comes in three quick successions.  Very odd and creepy.  Could it be some sort of interference in the camera itself?

But to me it sort of looks like some reflection from a window (?) to the edge of the lens

Doesn't appear to be interference at all.
