i just noticed i was tripled billed for my arlo system last month i want those extra charges refunded.

I also have billed multiple times and would like to raise it with someone who can fix it - perhaps somebody from elusive billing department

Same here, except it was a double bill about a week apart.  Heading to bank this morning to stop second charge.  They need to fix the system so it knows you have already paid!!!
