Best buy selling system with 4 cameras $ 499. Each addional camera $ 159.00 so for 4 more cameras its $ 640 why dont just buy 2 , 4 camera systems? Why are addional cameras so much?

That's the power of bulk discount marketing.

 

Buy the four-camera package and resell the cameras you don't need for $130-$140. You can save compared to buying lower camera-count packages.
