I had a cvr plan on one of my device that has been removed from the system, can I transfer that plan to another device ?

Yes, providing the other device is on the same account. To add your existing CVR subscription to another device, drag that device into the CVR slot.

 

To do this log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > Subscription > Manage camera status > Drag the desired device into the active CVR slot.
