Hello,
I understand there's fees associated with the purchase/use of the arlo system. Can someone point me to the link/location that describes these fees?
Thanks...mrsr71

Uhhmm..I paid for the premium arlo service..late last year..believe it was discontinued shortly after. Would mostly like to see phone numbers for tech support posted...instead of chat...after I found out my initial 2x arlocam was 2nd hand, phillipines netgear and arlo had to find original owner, make sure he had returned it, zero out that serial number, reestablish my sn, etc etc about 3 weeks before my arlo system (2 cam system, returned sold as new!) was working...
a lot of dodgy retailers...mine was expert.no, sold as new but of course a return....just bought 3rd cam to add to it, but had to make sure via chat to check it wasnt a return...
Little fact: if you (you stupid peps you!) bought a return, then the netgear and arlo peps not only have to track down the serial number, but

and find owners of said serial number...to release it to you...so be very very aware of 2nd hand arlo products! Man can't go back and delete earlier posts obviously! And tho I've spent agonizing hours and hours and hours on telephone support at Netgear who forwarded me back to Arlo and back again...the arlo support page still doesn't have a phone number! NOT COOL!

I think that is a bit of a fluke, as you have to be in the Arlo pages from the US for that to show up, and I'm in Norway...but normal quality assurance would check! that ip addresses from different places can access a help number (even iff from the US...man I was prbly using VPN iff I got a hold of that number!)...but try it if you're bored...!

Norway support phone number: 800 12 500
US: (408)-638-3750
Weird that you can't see at least the Norway number.
