System warranty period?

 Just a quick question  what is the manufactures warranty period for defects or something that stops working not just because you're not happy with it but for actual mechanical breaks or anything else

A while back this was posted by a Netgear employee;

However for USA customers the warranty is 1 year hardware warranty.

Where do I find model number for the arlo security system. I bought a simple 4 camera unit. SN for base unit is  4894647MA10CB. I would like to know what the warrantee is. I have one camera that continually says cannot establish connection. I am not really computer savy but have managed to get it installed and working some of the time. Quite a learning curve for someone who is not technical.

So a 4 camera model should be VMS3430...  it should be on the box label.

As to the one camera you have trouble with, contact Netgear for assistance with a trouble ticket and they will guide you through steps to help.

Dosen't answeer my question. Purchased system July 10, 2016. Am leaving town today. No time to troubleshoot now.  Needed system, will not be back for 8 weeks. Wondered if it was 30 days, or how long?
