I'm going to sell my Arlo wireless camera and base station. Since I had to register and set up an account for it, what process must I go through before selling Arlo, to make sure the second hand buyer doesn't have any problems?
Also, will the new buyer just set up their account in the same way that one would do with a brand new Arlo purchase, or must they do something different?

Hi,Sparrowhawk,
If you have registered the base station and synced the camera, below are the steps:
a. deactivate/remove the base station and camera from your arlo account.
b. Afterwards, please contact support for the next step. They might have some process about account closure.
If you have not registered the device, you do not have to do anything.
Thanks.
