I'm reading reviews. Buyers are writing about scheduling going away after the first 30 days and becoming a per month fee. Where can I get more information on the the complete costs, especially the monthly charges.
i also want to know about customer service after the 30 day mark and how much that charge is.
I want to make sure I'm comparing this system with others the same way.
also, is there any way to get the motion detection to record immediately, without lag?

in regard to motion delay; unfortunately it's one of the biggest flaws of this system. And it appears to be here to stay.
