I have two very frustrating issues. The first is Arlo does not recognize my login password on my iPhone Arlo App even though I am already logged in, but the same password that the iPhone App rejects works on my Mac. Secondly I would like to purchase the Elite subscription service in order to add a second base station to my account, but because the iPhone App does not recognize my password I am unable to purchase the Elite service from the App and I don't see where you can upgrade the service in My Arlo on my Mac. I also do not see anywhere to contact Arlo or Netgear directly for assistance. I am not at all impressed!!!

Hello Unkavilly, 

 

 

We apologize for the issues you are having, I will be happy to assis you with the issues you are experiencing. First, we need to make sure that you are using the latest version of the Arlo iPhone app (v1.8.2) you can download it here. If you already have the latest version, I suggest clearing the app's cache and try logging in, instructions here. Second, you can purchase the elite subscription by using a web browser (there is no special app needed for MAC and PCs). To purchase, simply login to https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login , once logged in click on Settings>Subscription. You should see this page (pictured below):

Click on "Update" under Payment Method. Once you have entered all the neccessary credit card information click on continue and it will show you which options are available.

I have entered a valid MasterCard # and all the billing info. But noting happens when I click the button at the bottom of the page.

I get a message "We're sorry, we only support MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. American Express and Discover are currently not accepted in any country other than USA" But Ive entered a valid MasterCard number.

What to do?
