Any good store that carries electronic supplies...
It's a 12dc transformer ( wall wart ),needs 1.5 amp output current to a coaxial plug with center positive... ( believe size is a 5.5 or 5.1 mm )
Easy way is to take base and plug the cable in ( radio shack if still around had multi sized tips that could be changed on their transformers cables )
EDIT: inside diameter *may be 2.1mm not sure

OD of the plug mic's at 5.5mm and I think the inside is 2.1mm
Netgear will have to confirm the inside dia
