Outdoor Camera that is externally powered?

We've had a rash of car break-ins and I need an outdoor camera that I can mount under my garage eaves. Wiring up low voltage power isn't a problem and I have a nice Netgear WiFi router. Having to get a ladder out to change batteries every few weeks would be a deal-killer. Any ideas?

there are threads on the site re wiring Arlo cams to external power... search is your friend

 

Of course it defeats the whole design of wireless like the Arlos....
