I need a range extender for some of my Arlo cameras. Which of the two listed above will give me the best connection? Thank you.

Unless you mean to move the base station, the extenders won't work. The Arlo wireless cameras create a dedicated WiFi network with the base so an extender won't help. Use of an extender will help by allowing you to move the base to a more central location relative to the cameras.
If you'll be moving the base, either of those extenders should work fine.
