I recently purchased from Amazon a pack of 10PC UltraFire 16340 CR123A LR123A 3.6V 1200mAh Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery USA. They seem to work decently well for the price however I noticed that the battery door doesnt seem to close entirely. With the regular (included) Engergizer batteries the door closes fine. I compared the size and shape of batteries and they seem to be the same. Any ideas? Has anyone else seem similar issues?

Yes... that's why in the thread on rechargeable, it's mentioned that be careful of what you buy as the manfufactors's spec for size does has variables in it ( normal).

You'd really have to put a caliper on the battery to measure accurately.

Of note, the GTLs, Ultrafires ( both 2300mahr ) and Tangsfire @1000mahr fit fine.... all it takes is a mm or two extra for a tight fit.

BTW, i can also tell you  that they will not come out to the listed ratings of 1200 mahr... all of the batteries out of china are HIGHLY over rated in power.

I have not yet seen a 16340 cell that has more than half the OEM cell ratings.
