Haven't seen a warranty limit yet for the Arlo...
But the Vuezone system had 1 yr so I would hope it's the same.

I would be interested in this as well. Why is it so hard to find this information? You would think this is the first thing that would be furnished regarding the product offering..guess I was stupid to buy it without knowing. As it turns out, it matters a lot for me now, because one of my cameras broke after being out in the rain.

Hi All,
Here are some links to help you with your Arlo warranty Terms -
http://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
http://www.netgear.com/about/warranty/
When you buy your Arlo unit it will come with a warranty card that details how long your hardware cover is for, or you can contact our support team and they will be able to tell you how long you have remaining on your warranty.
kind regards
Amoore

The Netgear URL links out to a "Page Not Found" link.
I'm not at home myself at the moment to look at my car. Can you otherwise simply tell us -- since you're from Netgear (the horse's mouth') and not Best Buy -- how long the warranty period is? 90 days, 3 months, 1 year, 5 years...?

Hi R_Lowe,
I'm sorry to hear the links didn't work for you, hopefully you have been able to view them now. with regards to the warranty its hard to give one answer, as it depends on where in the globe you are, as to how long your hardware warranty is.
However for USA customers the warranty is 1 year hardware warranty.
Hope this helps
kind regards

Hi,
I bought an Arlo system from Best Buy 10 days ago in San Francisco, and brought it back to the United Arab Emirates. However, now it can't be powered up. No lights at all at the base station. What should I do to get it repaired?
Thank you.

First use a voltmeter to check the power supply. If that's the problem you could purchase another universal one that has the right size plug with the correct polarity, voltage and current rating. Check the tags on your equipment for the specs you'll need.

Hi Blue225tt,
Firstly welcome to the community.
With regards to your question we would always recommend that you register your unit soon after purchase, this way if later down the line you do need any technical assistance or a replacement your details are already on file and that will help spped up the process.
You do not need to post the warranty card to us, the quickest way to register your unit is to go to https://my.netgear.com/registration/login.aspx and register the details there.
I hope this helps you,
Kind regards
Amel
