Was your account registered outside the USA? If so, this could be the reason you do not have subscription plans available. Subscription plans are not yet available in all countries. I live in the USA . I bought this in USA . I paid with USA credit card. My computer is in USA. Your marketing , packaging, setup instructions don't say anything about the camera needs to be used in USA. After dozens of unanswered customer service inquiries it has become obvious that your customer service sucks and you are intentionally keeping this information hidden 100 pages deep in the Internet.

Doesn't need to be used in the US. It only needs to be set up in the US so the process detects where you are. That's what triggers the plan availability.
