Can Arlo, Arlo Q or another Netgear Security Camera be hardwired- prevent wireless hacking/jamming?

I would like to know if NetGear has any wireless Security Camera System that is hardwired and not able to be accessed through wireless hacking, jamming or loop feeding signals.

The closest Arlo camera would be the Q Plus camera which can be self-contained once set up. It has an SD card slot and can be connected via Ethernet rather than WiFi.
